  1. Here I go Again...

    :) Awoke this morning dreaming of Ani Phyo's Egg-less Scramble for breakfast. I'm on my way to try it again. I didn't like it the first time I made it, but for some reason, I'm craving it this morning. So...here I go again. (((You can check out pics on my blog! It was ok...but I'll use the recipe in a different way later in the year.)))

    I'm going after a dehydrator from Walmart today, alone with raw foods to stock the house for the week.

  2. Aghhhhhhhhhhh!

    Ok...ok...I'm going to stop trying to be 100%! I keep trying and trying and it just isn't working. I'll eat healthy and keep adding as much raw as possible. That's the best I seem to commit to. Oh, well. I'm trying.;)

  3. Day One...Again.

    Ok, I tried...but hubby, being sweet brought me home gingerale (we were all sick).

    Another try.

    Breakfast: cashew cream topped with blueberries.

  4. February 1...Day One

    Ok...Day One of February is the first day I'm trying for 100% AGAIN. I've tried and tried over the past several months, but our cold snap ended...stress has been relieved a bit and I think I'm finally ready to give it a go again. I'm taking one meal at a time and just focusing on making a good raw choice.

    Breakfast: Cashew/Pineapple Cream Banana/Strawberry/Blueberry Smoothie
    Lunch: Raw Apple Sauce with Cinnamon
    Dinner: Kale Chips and Carrot Chips

  5. Starting my day...

    with another raw smoothie. I have consistently eaten a raw smoothie every day this week. This is how two years ago...I began raw. I didn't even notice that I was doing this, but breakfast seems to be the only meal (during cold weather) that I have consistently eaten 100% raw. But I will take it!

    I'm going to try for breakfast and lunch completely raw for a while. If I can do that for a couple weeks, perhaps we will be into a little warmer weather and dinner won't ...
