  1. Day Three

    :) I'm doing so much better eating raw these days. I do have a couple...non raw items a day, but most of every meal is completely raw. I'm loving this.

    Today was:
    Breakfast- dates with coconut
    Lunch- one egg with onion, red & green peppers, slice of provolone on a 100% whole wheat bagel
    (not raw, but chocked full of veggies)
    followed by half a pineapple
    Dinner- carrots & celery with bluecheese/ plain yogurt dip

  2. Day Two

    In these stressful times when nothing is under our control, I think I'm finding raw freeing simply because I can control it. Weird, I know, but it's working. :)
    I'm feeling great today...off to get some raw yummies for breakfast.;)

  3. A Day Raw...

    Well, I can't believe it, but I did it! A WHOLE DAY RAW! I didn't plan for it, it just happened and I feel great! I'm so happy I could scream! But I won't. My family would think I've gone crazy.

    I started with a banana, then 4 grapes while making the kid's lunches...then an apple. I thought...wow, I feel great! So, I stopped by the local health food store and picked up some supplies...a few larabars...and then at the grocery for some raw foods. I'm actually eating raw

  4. Afternoon Thoughts

    I had a great day yesterday. Raw breakfast, cooked veggie lunch, raw dinner. 30 minute walk. Excellent.

    Today I had a raw smoothie to start my day...cooked food for lunch and I will have mixed veggie cold plate for dinner and I walked an hour today. Though I've eaten more cooked today than I did yesterday, I still feel like I'm doing great!

    I'm feeling better everyday as I have been sleeping better for two nights too! I wake up with more energy and a desire ...

  5. Long Time, No Blog

    Well, after watching a small video of someone putting together a raw salad, without calling it raw, I came back to visit. I can't believe it's been a month. I know now I will never return to 100% raw, but I must ...absolutely must...become high raw again.

    Today I had blueberries, with breakfast and mixed cold veggies with lunch.

    I have to do better. I'm going to try for a raw breakfast and dinner with a normal meal for lunch as it is my favorite meal of the day.
