  1. New Goals

    Ok...it's always been my goal to be 100% because I was for 8 months and got skinny, skinny. I can't say I felt fabulous...but I felt very good. I really enjoyed wearing small stylish clothing the most. Vanity. ;)

    So...over the last few years as I ate more and more cooked and gained weight, my goal always became, 100%! Get back to goal weight. Agh!

  2. Getting Better

    Today was better. Not 100%, but better still. :)

    Breakfast:
    jumbo orange
    Lunch:
    grilled chicken caesar salad
    fruit and yogurt parfait

    REALLY BAD SNACKING>>>but my goal is to be honest with my struggles and victories!
    baggie of chocolate animal crackers with glass of milk
    mini twix bars

    Dinner:
    Lovely mixed salad with celery, carrot, green apple and walnuts. I dressed it with a light dressing ...

  3. Yesterday & Today

    Yesterday was more raw than usual, but far from 100%. But I tried.

    Today:
    Breakfast: Larabar
    jumbo orange


    I'm really going to try today. I'm going to make a raw salad with homemade raw dressing for lunch. Carrots, celery & green apple.

    Snack: almonds & raisins

    I'm going out after some leafy greens, jicama to make spring rolls and some pineapple to make cashew cream. I'm not sure ...

  4. Here I go again...

    If at first you don't succeed, try, try again! :)

    On my menu for today...in no special order:
    strawberry banana smoothies
    medjool dates
    almonds/cashews/sunflower seeds
    broccoli
    carrots
    celery
    red grapes
    ani phyo's raw flaxseed pancakes with raspberries

    I'm not sure what I will start with and where I will go with snacking, but I'm going to try and keep it to these raw foods that I currently have in our house. ;) ...

  5. When do you???

    Try to start back to raw? Probably a Monday...first thing in the morning...right? When does ShelShel try? At 3:22 pm on a Thursday afternoon of course!

    I have felt so fat, for so long now that I've just accepted that I gained 30 of my 60 pound loss back. I half heartedly try to start and give up halfway through the day. bummer.
