  1. Day Four

    I have my first morning off in three days and I'm so excited. I get to do a bit of raw prep to set myself up for the next few days. ;) Plan, prepare and be ready!

    Breakfast: Flax Pancakes with Raspberries
    Lunch: Salad with raw mushroom soup
    Dinner: Avocado & Tomatoes
    Snack: Nuts drizzled with agave

    I'm omitting my smoothie today because I have more time for breakfast. ;) But I'm sure it will pop into the rotation again the first morning ...

  2. Evening Thoughts...Day Three

    Made it through another day. yes! I say that incorrectly, I didn't just make it through...I soared. I'm so proud of myself.

    Tonight I also had a 1/2 cup of mixed almonds and raisins.

    I know that I'm eating a lot of raw, but I feel so great that I'm staying raw in the midst of people eating cooked pizza, ice cream and taco bell. I'm doing great!

    And as long as it's raw, it's on the list for me...and if I'm hungry, I eat. ;)

  3. Day Three

    I woke this morning and had a banana thinking I'd skip my usual smoothie. Then realized...I'm setting myself up for disaster! I don't get to eat again until 2 pm this afternoon when I get out of work. If I don't eat a yummy and filling raw breakfast, I will be hungry and snack on some of the cold cuts at work. Not Gonna Happen!

  4. Day Two...night time thoughts

    I could have revised my last entry, Day Two and added this to it, but it's not a normal post of foods consumed, picture links and such, it's my thoughts for the day...my thoughts about being raw again.

    I just started a new job, the day I started back to raw. Holy cow am I tired. I always forget how tired and almost sick I feel around day four of being 100%. I'm really hoping I don't work that day, but if I do...a-well, I'll survive. I'm feeling very peaceful this ...
