    Good morning, rawbies! (((HUGS)))

    I'm starting my day out right and so excited about it...I'm trying to stay positive that it will really come back to me this time and just be easy easy. This morning was. Sooooooooo yummy.

    Breakfast: Raw Brazil Nut mylk, banana, strawberry, blueberry smoothie. :)

    Raw all the way. I'm starting again today and going to do my best.

    Haven't been remotely raw for days. However, I have not had a cup of coffee for over a week! ;)

    I'm feeling creative and relaxed. Peaceful. I had a day off of work. Sure. I wasn't feeling well (hence the day off), but wow...a day a way was just what I needed.

    It is amazing that a job can reek such havoc on one's health. But mine does. There is a lot of pressure, no one to cover me if I need to take time off, and much to do at home when I leave it.

    Today hasn't been remotely raw, but! I'm ready for tomorrow. Went shopping today with starting tomorrow in mind.

    I have: bananas, nectarines, pears, mango, strawberries, blueberries, & raspberries for fruit. oh and oranges!

    leaf lettuce, beets, green and red peppers, baby portabellos, peas and corn for veggies.

    Coconut oil, walnuts, pecans and brazil nuts.

    I'm ready to begin again. ;)

    NORMAL BREAKFAST:
    NY style bagel with cream cheese OR
    2 Slices of artisan bread toasted with a few slices of sharp cheddar
    AND 2 large cups of coffee with creamer

    Today I woke up and had an apple and raw almonds for breakfast. With one cup of coffee.

    I suffered all day with a splitting headache and eventually succumb to my need for tylenol. Boy did I put it off though. It's the lack of caffeine that ...

    I'm working things out. This is what I do. I work out my thoughts, frustrations and stresses to a manageable place mentally before I can begin trying to help my body.

    Once the kids are comfortably back in school next week and the holiday weekend is over, I will have more time for me. ;)

    I'm not even going to try for 100% raw again, but I'm going to try for two meals a day. Which ever ones present themselves as easiest. I'll start with one meal and ...
