This is great to know. It was not a fav as egg substitute...but it would make a pretty good mock stuffing around thanksgiving time. ;)

What we have found, with Ani Phyo's Scramble, was, that we liked it with almond pulp the best. Maybe it is, that we made it with almond pulp the first few times, because we had so much leftover from almond milk, that the last time we made it with just ground almonds it didn't sit as well with us. Just a thought. :)

sorry to hear your frustration! don't worry about the percentage - just have as much raw as you can :)

ShelShel, these things can be challenging, major change always is. I'm not sure what the particular issues are, but don't despair. Maybe the time isn't right at the moment. Use this time to develop the skills you'll need in order to suceed later.

Focus on the positives and when the time comes you'll be ready.

Your plan sounds great! Congrats on the 100% raw day too...that is awesome. I am pretty new with the dehydrator and made kale chips that turned out pretty good - other creations have not been so fortunate lol but I am learning.

The first batch I made I took one bunch of kale and made it into bite size pieces, added some olive oil, little bit of sea salt and some dried garlic powder. I have also done them with some Mrs. Dash and olive oil and those were tasty too.

What kind of dance class do you go to? I love dance classes...unfortunately too broke to go right now. I'll live vicariously through you :)
I love kale chips - rawknister recently posted two recipes that you should be able to find.

Your salad looks very yummy- I have been having super salads myself for dinner and finding it hard to finish the last few bites.

exactly! I was 128, now I'm at 117, and I'm aiming for 105-110 which people automatically think "is way too skinny" without giving any regard to someone's height and frame size.
I get so fed up with the attitude from my friends who are aiming for 150 - they are like, "whatever, you're already 117 so you have nothing to complain about, I'd be bursting with joy if I was 117." Hello! you're like 8 inches taller than me - it's not the same!
I wish there was a ratio we could give so that it was equal for everyone. There's obviously body mass index, but that's not something you can measure on your own.

    LOL :)
I know that when ever my brother asked me how much I weighed at my thinnest, I would say the high side of what I should weigh and he would freak out. They are just used to me being 50 or so pounds overweight...I'm sure the 25 pounds or so that I've gained back...made them all think I was healthier, but I'm not. I should weigh closer to 95 pounds, not the 117 everyone was going nuts about. At about 140...something...I'm very uncomfortable again.

It's just great motivation. I love raw when I can afford it. Thank you God...I can afford it again.

p.s. I'm short too, so I know what you mean about sizes being different for us. nobody tall seems to understand that
