    Thank You ReneeH! I wish all that energy would come back to me. I'm exhausted all of a sudden, but this is the time of day I crash. I'm going to listen to my body and lay down. In a few days I will be at work and won't be able to do that. ;)

    I don't like interviewing either. Where do they come up with some of the questions they ask....now a days they want stories and sometimes those are hard to think of on the spot. I always come home and beat myself up over something I could have done better. I have been out of work since November Jobless rate is really high where I live.

    I hope you get the job and feel better - stress stinks

    One hour behind me this morning! It was a lovely walk all around and up into a beautiful neighborhood and around our own town walk. I agree having a place that has beautiful scenery is such a blessing!

    I heartily support you in the walking. I love my morning walk with doggie. I walk through parks and around a lagoon full of birds. I feel so lucky to live near decent scenery!

    And the coffee? It's my one hold out. One cup a day...but I will join the non-coffee drinkers someday!

    That is so good to hear. I seem to have lots of raw every meal and feel great, the minute I start depriving myself...at least that's how I feel at the moment...I struggle and blow it. I think I'm feeling rebellious against myself. Is that weird? But I can only push myself so hard in this season before I seem to brake down and I don't want to brake down. Eating a piece of planned whole wheat bread is so much better for me than a 3 mini candy bar splurge! :O I'm doing much better...I think & so...I continue on.

    sounds good - no reason to pressure yourself with an all or nothing diet. I have heard from lots of different people that it's healthier to maintain high raw, than to bounce back and forth off of 100%.

    GREAT job! Better is good!!! I can relate to the bad snacking... but, I'm trying to make some RAW desserts with Cacao to cut the craving for that.

    You can do it! Just take it one meal at a time. I love Jicima in my spring rolls! And, I love Alissa's cashew cream! Don't worry about mixing the perfect "dinner"...if it's RAW enjoy...you can't go wrong!!! :)

    good job on the exercise! sounds like you're finding a good balance of raw & other food. whatever you can stick with is what is best. It's so hard on our bodies to bounce back and forth.
