    Good Morning Rawbies! :)
    This morning I am going to have a bowl of raw cereal. My design. Raspberries, dates, buckwheat and almonds with raw pineapple cream mylk. Goodness how delicious this is to me.

    Lunch will be a slice of raw bread with mixed raw veggies.

    Dinner will be large leafy green salad with tomatoes. Dessert will be raw brownies and a late night snack will be kale chips.

    Doesn't that sound like the yummiest raw day ever!?!?!?! ...

    Oh, this is great! I didn't plan it that way, but I'm starting back to raw at the first of the month! Anyone want to join me on their first 30 days raw or back to raw?!?!?! I would love to hear from others on their journey.

    Ok, last night before I went to bed I tried a piece of my raw bread and ended up eating a whole slice. LOL it was awesome! I was so glad.

    I have the fix-in's for strawberry & blueberry pineapple cashew cream smoothie...raw "toast" ...

    Good Evening
    Today I have eaten nearly 100% raw. Except for lunch time, I used regular salad dressing, 4 croutons, a bit of cheese on the salad I had. Other than those items...my whole day was raw!!!!

    I went to two grocery stores and our local HFS to stock up on raw yummies.

    I came home and have some raw bread non-cooking. :) Almond meal, coconut, zucchini & 1 yellow delicious apple. Yes, my own recipe. I took what I know from before eating raw ...

    Good evening. :) I have been so very SAD these last few days. Not intending too, but wow. My hubby and I have been going a bit crazy with my kids visiting my parents. Eating out a lot. So, I am ready to begin trying to be 100% again. Seriously. It just came to me tonight as I exercised. I'm just ready to begin and I shall.

    Tomorrow will be apples, strawberries, raw almonds, leafy greens and tomatoes. That is what I have left in the house for raw and that is what I will ...

    Good afternoon. :)
    I have had something raw with every meal today. Tonight's dinner will be completely raw. Large green salad, almonds and dates. Yummm!
    I haven't lost any weight, but I haven't really been exercising much and I'm sure with my hypothyroidism, that is a must. But I easily went the whole day without coffee. Which is huge for me.
    I am making slow but positive progress. More raw...more raw....and much more raw!
