    So this is my story. Yesterday I came accross an old DVD of mine, which was Alissa Cohens- Living on Live Food. So I watched it and all of a sudden a new energy and a new passion ignited for increasing my raw food intake to as close to as a 100% as I can get it! I felt the excitement again, and of course, I lent it out to a friend, what good is Alissa's awesome DVD hiding in my drawer?
