    Soak heirloom chia seeds ( i don't measure, I think I did one quarter seeds vs, 3 quaters pure water, stirring after five minutes so it doesn't clump up.

    Berry & Orange sorbet with superfood crunch base

    Base:

    Hand grind cacao beans with honey or agave, tahini, acai berry powder, spirulina, coconut butter, then put in a blender with almonds and juice of 1 orange, and blend till you see a few chunks and mostly smooth.

    Spread out on tray, you can lightly freeze or chill to firm up.

    Sorbet:

    In a blender, blend frozen mixed wild berries with the left over orange pulp. Scoop two scoops on top of your superfood crunch.
    So good it's godly.
