  1. Recap for Days 5 and 6 of Juice Fasting

So days 5 and 6 went rather smoothly. I found myself drinking less and less juice. Both days I had around 2 glasses of apple juice and other than that I stuck just to water.

I had almost no signs of hunger or lightheadedness. Overall I felt pretty normal.

It is freeing to no longer be dependent on food and especially to be free from my desire for sugary things.

On day 5 & 6 my skin was still very soft. My mind my mind was filled with peace

  2. Fasting Day 4 Recap: Feeling Good

So I woke up on Day 4 from the best night’s sleep I had in a long time (I had some weird detox dreams though). The sickness and nausea from the night before was completely gone. My head was clear and I was feeling completely normal. In fact, I was so normal that I could not even tell I was fasting. I was amazed, I was actually one step beyond normal because as the day progressed, I did not feel hungry once. I did not even feel the need to juice, so I only drank one glass of apple juice throughout ...

Unfortunately, for me day 3 was filled with headaches and nausea. Of course I stuck to the plan and avoided coffee, and additionally I also avoided tea. So I only consumed fresh juices and good old H20.

  4. Juice Fasting Day 2

Last night before bed I thought I was going to do a smoothie but I am proud to announce that I made fresh orange juice instead.

So today is day 2 and so far things have been pretty good. However, today I started to feel realy hungery…but luckily no headaches yet (I have read that headaches are pretty common with fasting).

I feel that tomorrow I will be ready to remove coffee from my regime. I know that I should have done this sooner but I am not a morning person ...

  5. Juice Fasting Day 1

My beginning weight is 149.2 lbs.

The plan is to drink lots of water, fresh juices, and as many smoothies as necessary to sustain my energy levels.

At the moment my smoothies include nut milks. However, as time progresses I will see if I can cut those out. Yes, I am addicted to coffee, so eventually I will be cutting that out as well. But I am not quite ready to do just that yet.

Included in my regime I will be doing colonics (enemas) but I do not
