Wow I wish I could really get to where you are today. Even with all my success I am still struggling with being happy with just being healthy. I tend to focus on the imperfections of my body and am still struggle somewhat with having my value tied to what the scale says or doesn't say. I look far from the perfect body image I so desire and it is so hard to accept and just love where I am. I am happy for you and hope to someday get "there" as well.

I hope you get your own show I will definatly watch it!! Send a kickass demo tape but that will be easy 'cause your living your passion!!

I'm sitting here thinking "God really loves me!!" I've been raw 4 days now and the only channel I watch is Food Network (everyday, all day), but of course it's really defeating the purpose since it's a cooking, non-vegan network. I'm TOTALLY overjoyed to know that you'll be on there soon. Now, I can just watch your show exclusively and still stick to RAW! Congratulations, and thank you for this experience!

Thank you for this Alissa. I have tears in my eyes. I released SO much weight through raw, but still felt ruled by the scale. This has just released a flood of well, a lot of things really, inside of me, and was more helpful than you can possibly imagine! Thank you for sharing.

This is so great. I can definitely relate to that; my view of myself being almost entirely dependent on my weight. Seeing myself as a "fat" person, a "slim-but-could-lose-a-few-pounds" person. It's nice to have this brought to my attention so I can work on it. Thank you.

There should definitely be a raw show on the Food Network! It is called the "Food" Network, not the "Cooking" Network. This is really exciting!!
