    Wow - Am I really on a love/hate thing? It wasn't on purpose.

    So, today I ended my juice fast after 2 days (and another 4 lbs lost). Let's hope that stays off. Actually I lost one more lb before the end of today but, I won't describe how that happened.   3. I Love Fasting!

    I know that sounds really weird but, I do love it. I think there are a number of factors. My digestive system has pretty much been a mess my entire life and the rest it gets during a fast feels great. With juice fasting I still get a little bit of acid reflux if my drink has too much sugar in it. Another reason is that I don't have to worry about overeating or eating the wrong thing.   4. It's the beginning of week 3!

    I am down a total of 12 lbs! I am excite about this. I was worried that when all the water weight came back after being sick that I would gain back some of the weight.

    Well, I didn't blog all last week. I didn't really have much time to myself because Chris was gone all week long. I was still suffering from a bit of stomach pain.   5. New Goals for the beginning of week 4

    I have to say that I have never, ever lost weight this fast. 21 lbs in 21 days. A bit of stomach upset seems to have helped the progress. I was stuck at the same weight for the last 4 days before dropping another pound at this mornings weigh in. I think my calories have been a bit too low so as I adapt I believe that my weight loss will slow down a bit.
