    My favorite movie of the now is "The House Bunny". I watch it every morning, sometimes more than once(just for noise as I'm bopping around the apartment..). It's my main motivator for losing weight because Anna Faris looks smoking hot in this movie! She plays a Playboy Playmate who's been kicked out of the Playboy Mansion and befriends loserly sorority girls and makes them hot (haha).

  2. Fear of Being Sexy

    I've been doing some EFT(emotional freedom technique, ala Dr. Joseph Mercola) this week, along with exercise and light eating. I think the EFT is really helping with this transition.

    Last night at Fresh Choice, I successfully avoided my favorite bread choices and stuck to salad and some pho broth. (Although, when I went back for a little more soup I found out that the nomal vegetarian pho broth had been switched to a chicken variety--blechhh!!!)
