"Beyond Awesome Attitude is Allowed"

Lots of inspirational moments and would like to share them with you all!

For me, I always found that whenever I have a good attitude in general, it really enables me to move and achieve with such ease. There is a huge differences between a good attitude and a bad attitude. I feel stuck whenever I have a bad attitude about something. So I realized that having a good attitude helps me find answers that I'm looking for, able to solve things, and reverse my bad attitude. Such as looking at the glass as half empty toward to looking at the glass as half full.

Going raw for me has been all about having a good attitude and even more so to get excited about new flavors that each recipes hold, the physical changes that I've seen within myself, and I feel like as each day goes by that I am more of a kinder soul than I was the day before.

The Raw Food Lifestyle is here to stay.

Today is the appreciation for the moment that I have decided to live, love, and laugh while eating raw food for life.

  2. Permanent Exercising Motivation

    It's almost a month now that I have stuck to a daily routine of variety of exercises. Normally, in the past is that I exercised two days in a row and then it would be a break the next day and then turn into a really long break like a week or two sort of a thing break. Yeah, that's how bad I was about it for the last ten years!!!

    So now it just amazing that I'm doing this on a daily routine and I know that I wouldn't have been able to pull this off if it wasn't for being 100% raw. ...

  3. Creative Raw Food Motivation (Recipe #1: Raw Mild Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Dip)

    This raw cheese dip turned out to be nice so I thought I put it on here . And start posting anything yummy raw to get me motivated and get creative with raw food, since I've been keeping it really simple for the most part.

    I was aiming to make cashew butter, then it led on to onion dip, then one ingredient led to another ingredient which turned into tasting like a very mild jalapeno cheddar cheese dip.

    This is how it went.

  4. "No Coffee" Motivation

    Yes, first thing in the morning for some us in the former SAD lifestyle is to reach for the coffee, some lifeless breakfast, and lounge around till awake enough to get ready for the day.

    Wow, for me I really wasted my time, in the past, trying to get awake on caffeine for the day. Thank God those days are over!!

    It was really hard for me to let go of coffee when I first went raw, I sub coffee with coconut water every morning and maybe later in the day, if I felt like
