"Beyond Awesome Attitude is Allowed"

Lots of inspirational moments and would like to share them with you all!

For me, I always found that whenever I have a good attitude in general, it really enables me to move and achieve with such ease. There is a huge differences between a good attitude and a bad attitude. I feel stuck whenever I have a bad attitude about something. So I realized that having a good attitude helps me find answers that I'm looking for, able to solve things, and reverse my bad attitude. Such as looking at the glass as half empty toward to looking at the glass as half full.

Going raw for me has been all about having a good attitude and even more so to get excited about new flavors that each recipes hold, the physical changes that I've seen within myself, and I feel like as each day goes by that I am more of a kinder soul than I was the day before.

The Raw Food Lifestyle is here to stay.

Today is the appreciation for the moment that I have decided to live, love, and laugh while eating raw food for life.

    Changing up my routine....

    Week 1-3
    Day 1-3: Walk
    Day 4: Weight Training
    Day 5: Glutes & Stomach Spot Exercises
    Day 6: Walk
    Day 7: Full Body Stretches

    Week 4
    Day 1-2: Power Yoga
    Day 3-5: Walk
    Day 6: Facial Exercises
    Day 7: Full Body Stretches

    Not in a chatty mood while I'm enjoying a bowl of chopped pineapples as I'm typing this.

    Sun is shining
    Here I am waking up after a long night rest
    Closing my eyes to ponder for a second or two.
    I'm still here which is amazing and truly a miracle.
    My salvation will always stay with me eternally.
    Wondering how I can share the good news.
    I'm alive and more alive than ever!!
    Alive to help those who are in need and deeply love all those who are around me!

    Everyone is different when it comes to getting in shape. Whatever works for each person to get in a healthy shape is their own workout style. I think this is where we get confused. What do you find enjoyable that works for you, not what works for someone else.

    I find that I like simple easy workouts, then maybe doing something heavy duty every once in a great while.

    Naming my blog the way it is to remind myself to be consistent with my workouts and staying constantly

    Looking forward to going on my 20 minute walk.

    I feel more at ease with this routine. Just needed to accept the fact that going to the extreme in the fitness world is really not my style but something I can do every once in a while instead of feeling like I've got to do it on a daily basic.

    Before I go, there's something I want to vent about.....

    Just makes me wonder about all the preservatives/chemicals/substances in SAD food that I have eaten in the

    Did aerobics today.

    Thought twenty minutes was long enough. Walking is my favorite because it's really mellow and gives me an extra beat to my steps.

    So for now, doing aerobics 2x a week for twenty minutes. Then power yoga 1x a week and a full body stretch 1x a week.

    I'm trying to figure out a routine that is realistic and easy for me to do in the long run. Yeah sure, extreme fitness is wonderful but not for me to do on a daily basic. It's something
