If anybody have read "The Hidden Messages in Water" by Masura Emoto, then you know what I mean!

Songs with positive lyrics has a very very very positive vibrational effect on the body and can be very healing too as well.

I've been taking a look at my eating habits and realized that I have become a nibbler of raw food through out the day. And I believe that is not good for my digestion health overall.
