I am focusing on getting more movement in now too.....I need a lot more cardio to help me release excess weight....I teach/do a 1hr yoga class 4 times a week, but I still need to move more......I have recently added kundalini yoga to my practice + some walking dvds~ :)

Happy to see you posting again!

I'm sure he would, ha-ha! I like Dr. Phil.
Yeah, it's just some kind of weird security blanket that needs some letting go of along with not having fear to be all who we are to be.
Gonna let this light of mine shine!! :)

I'm sure Dr Phil would vibe with that "loving our inadequacies"

Hmm, been eating alot of pumpkin seeds lately which is good for that sort of thing.
Read some stuff yesterday about how we love our inadequacies without even realizing it. Pretty powerful revelation. May blog about it later on.
The laziness front has got to go down, it's time! :)

There is a parasite (organism of some sort) that you can pick up from cats. You'll need to Google it for the name because it escapes me at the moment. But I understand where you are coming from on the laziness front.

Whoa! Ok cool!! :) Awesome on how you like the idea of doing something everyday. We can support each other. Mmmmm.... we gotta find something you like to do. Belly dancing? Hooping? Any ideas?

I'm learning to be thankful to exercise when I get the chance. I really need to stop the groaning and moaning about it. How can I be a success as a true athlete if i can't be grateful and thankful for every time when I move that does my body good? As I'm typing about this is making me think that I should call it Daily Grateful Fitness or something like it.

That movie goes waaaaaay back! Need to make a trip to the library to see if they have the DVD for it. I did check out the movie trailer and caught the part where she was running along side the car. You so can totally do it!! That's the nice part about having a wish list, because it does eventually become true. :)

....OK!!!! DONE!!!! Whoa! (pun intended!!!) I feel good!!! Thats for the suggestion!!!! :) It's funny, I was looking at Mommie Dearest yesterday...remember that movie? Well, there was a scene in the beginning where Joan Crawford was running in the morning and her assistant was driving the car along side her. I was thinking...wow! I totally wish I could do that. Well, maybe someday! :)

That's one thing that's missing in my life....regular exercise! I do walk a mile or so several times a week, but it's not something I particular "like" to do, so it's a struggle to do it on a regular basis for me. You sound like you've got a great plan in mind. Very diverse list there. It's raining here today, so exercise is the LAST thing I feel like doing....but, I'm gonna take your advise and do something!!! Gonna do 50 situps right now...here I go! :)

Thanks, that was only 60 days into round one a while back, I'm now completing the last week of round two. I lost more weight especially the rear end area.
