    As I continue to move through my year of 'reclamation lindy' part of my focus is on making choices that truly make me happy. Sounds easy... but for me, it's been easier to make everyone else happy... even at the expense of my own.

    The Key to Living Raw!

    Sharp Knives. Yep. Spent 10 minutes sharpening all my knives last night before starting in on the prepping for my lunch for today....
    A few things I've learned about this:
    1- Your honer is NOT your sharpener, although is also important. If you don't know the difference do a quick search... honing does NOT sharpen your knives. You may already know this, but took me over 40 years to find out... lol
