    The Raw Journey Introduction

    Greetings,

    It is a cloudy Monday morning here in Western, MA. A bit of a nip in the air. I feel a little on the low energy side of things today. I have embarked on this "raw food journey" about 1 week ago. Things are a movin and a shakin for sure.

    I am grateful for this ride ... Years ago while in Polarity School I entered into my first cleanse.
