  1. Yummy granola

    I'm dehydrating my granola right now. It's so yummy! I keep on sneaking tastes. lol It's also a lot healthier than most granolas. It's all nuts, seeds, and dried fruit (raisins, dates, etc)...with honey and cinnamon too.

    I think this is going to be my breakfast. The recipe has so many ingredients that it makes a ton!

    I hope the enthusiasm that I feel at the moment lasts.

    Anyways, off to make avocado cups for dinner.

  2. It feels so good

    It feels really good to be going back to raw. I wasn't raw for breakfast and lunch but after lunch I went food shopping and bought lots of raw goodies.

    For dinner I had made two collard wraps. I only ate one though. I don't use dressing or anything. I felt so clean eating it. The food felt clean.

    It's one of those things that only a raw vegan can understand. The food tastes so pure. The problem with cooked food is that there are so many fillers and artificial ...

  3. I'm back baby!

    I just got done shopping. Went to the commesary to get food for Frankie and the kids. Then went to Whole Foods to get food for me. lol Big shopping day.

    I had something cooked for breakfast and lunch but that was because I didn't have anything raw. Now I have plenty of food (can't fit anything else in the fridge) and I know what I'm going to make with it.

    I have my menu for the week planned out. I'm going to make extra when I make a meal so I can just grab it ...

  4. Going back to raw

    I don't know why I've been eating cooked food and junk. I don't have enough veggies and fruits to be raw atm but on the 1st I'm buying a bunch and then it's back to raw for me.

    My body is yelling at me for eating cooked. I swear my body doesn't like it one bit. I feel sick. Tired. My stomach hurts. I'm not regular. My migraines are back with a vegence. And I'm gaining weight again.

    *sigh*

    I know that being raw is what my body wants and needs. ...

  5. bad food strikes again

    For 2 days I ate poorly. I'm not letting it get to me though I'm eating better starting today. 100% raw once again. :)

    I tried to make a green juice this morning using the food processor. Just mix the veggies up with water and then strain.

    OMG it was gross. I had added cucumber and that was all I could taste. Plus a food processor full of veggies and it made only 1 cup of juice.

    I would like to juice but it seems that it's expensive. I can't afford ...
