  1. I need to do this because I deserve this.

    I started the week off great - lots of fresh fruits and greens, I was loving the feeling of eating and feeling satisfied and light simultaneously (vs. the heavy bloat that SAD food leaves me with) and I really started to feel empowered.

    Things took a turn for the worst when I was unprepared and forgot to pack some raw snacks for my job and caved and bought a bagel...which led to a bread/chocolate/processed binge for 3 days. Ayiyi.

    I feel that I have finally regained ...

  2. Starting over..

    I've treated my body like crap for the past 6 months. I've overstuffed myself with processed crap, I've slacked on working out.

    I've gained weight and I feel really awful about myself right now...and it's really hard to not isolate myself and slip into bad ways...

    but I want this so bad.

    I'm starting over.

    Maybe it will be easier for me to make small goals first...

    So 4 weeks completely raw with 1 hr running and stretching ...

  3. Transitioning and Some Explanations of my Journey...

    Hello all! Thank you so much for the warm welcome yesterday - I am so excited to be a part of this site!

    So today has been a decent start to my journey...got 8 hours of sleep last night,
    11:00am ran about 3 miles (+ some walking) and lifted
    12:30pm 2 fruit cups (mixed strawberries, grapes, melon) + multivitamin/omega3/calcium/b12
    2:30pm salad (baby spinach, mixed greens, cucumber, dehydrated zucchini,tomato, olives, and hummus*)
    3:15pm shortbread cookies* ...

  4. Outlines for My 360 :)

    Hello everyone!

    I am starting a new lifestyle to change my body inside and out for the better! Beginning tomorrow, January 15 2009, I am taking the following pledge:

    - only raw fruits and vegetables
    - 64oz water daily
    - 8 hours of sleep
    - b12, omega3, and calcium supplements
    - run daily and slowly rebuild mileage
    - stretch every morning and night
    - 30 min of pilates/yoga every night
    - weight train every other day ...
