It's hard to say because each person's body is different. I would say try experimenting with the nuts. Maybe try going a few days without having any at all and see what happens. For me, that was definitely the key to starting my weight loss. Good luck!

Good instructions for the food processor. I have champion juicer and make nut butter in there. Most of the nuts go dry and powdery, so I add some Brazil nuts. They get very oily and give a "toasted" taste to whatever nut butter I'm making. You can add up 1/2 Brazils and still get the flavor of the other nut, too. Macadamias are pretty oily, too, and would probably work as well.

    me, me, me :)

Ok, are you ready? It's really difficult and time consuming.....

    1) Put almonds in a food processor.......and....
    2) Press *On* button.

That's it! Really. You don't need to add any oil or anything else.

You will notice that once the almonds get crumbly, keep it going at that point, because suddenly the natural oil in the almond will burst on the scene and cream it up a little.

Now, my experience is that, yes, the almond butter is a little dryer than the store bought, because they usually *do* add more oil. But I'm telling you, the flavor of doing it yourself, outweighs the extra oil.

I would say "Good luck" but it's so easy, you won't need it!!
