    So curious.
i fast for about 2 years

i have many reasons for this one, especially tuning my digestion, improve my diet habits, develop self discipline, harden body, clarify mind, explore my potential, experiment with body&mind functions... :)

yeah, the running made me feel much better and not only gave me the sleep that i needed but also made me sleep very well until late morning

and no, i didn't hurt myself. i was trying to say that i was so tired that i started sleeping immediately after reaching the bed ;););)

That was such a good idea - going for a run. I guess there are some people who can exercise at the end of their day without it keeping them awake. I always thought it would be easier to fit exercise into my schedule at night, and your comment here has got me thinking about this again. So thank you junggle!:) Oh! btw - did you literally "fall down" and hurt yourself? Hope not.

dry fast is more intensive than water fast.
it pushes and hardens your body more than water fast.

i'm having a shower every day, so it's technically not "dry" fast (which means no contact with water at all)

IMO the most important thing is to listen to your body and don't push it too hard. you should definitely end the dry fast when your urine turns really dark and/or you start feeling bad

today i feel better + more energy then yesterday so i'm going to continue... :)

yep. but it's not only the phone.
i'm in the process of optimizing many aspects of my life to have more free time and money for the things i love (exploring new places, meeting new friends, hiking, biking, making music, drawing, writing, spending time with people...)
and spend less time and money for things that i don't need

the first step for me was optimizing services that i use (and pay for)

next step is digitizing and moving all my data to web so i can access them anytime from anywhere...

raw food + fasting helped me a lot in this

i need to focus more on what and how i eat.
its 14 days since i ended my 15 day water-only fast (which made me feel great and full of energy) and as my focus is shifting away from eating, i'm starting overeating, less raw and in bad combos...

i feel like i need more meditation
    ...or another fast
