    I made it raw today! I am looking forward to making some great raw dishes and celebrating what I LOVE best about being raw! I love making simple yummy treats....whether they are savory or sweet, it's fun to say, "I am eating banana ice cream for dinner because I can and it's healthy!" I DID have banana ice cream for dinner....YUMMMMMMY!

    Today's food:
    clementines...a few
    salad w/ romaine, spinach, celery, onion, hemp seeds, lemon, olives, yummmm

  2. Gearing up for the December challenge

    Can't wait for it. I'm going to plan out next weeks meals....ready for doing this next month right, as the month of November totally stunk as far as raw eating goes.

    I want to make some sunflower seed cheese and some type of spinach/onion dip for dipping veggies or as salad dressing.....mmmmm.

    Not sure what else, except I KNOW I have to make some new desserts.....I have a sweet tooth and it needs to be fed along with the rest of me.;)

    I joined the 30 day challenge so I posted all my foods there.

    I have a serious headache, but I know this is a symptom of all the caffeine I have been having.

    I am tired of yo-yoing back and forth. I want some stability, at least for this month. I know this is the best thing I can do for my body.

    Food for the day:

    barleygreen powder mixed with alittle water
    apple
    mixed nuts (out and had to buy some, not prepared, but at least it wasn't fast food)
    DINNER: HUGE SALAD...the highlight of my day!!

    Lots of water.

    Note: eat more tomorrow...take food when I leave the house!!!

    I've played around long enough. Drawing the proverbial line in the sand.

    Back to 100%. (except for some "questionable" items, which now adays includes ALMONDS!!!

    Anyway, I won't obsess about that, just doing MY best to keep it all raw. I will do my best to blog food everyday, but life is super busy.
