    Trying so hard to keep it raw....there have been 2 non-raw meals and I'm feeling bloated and dehyrdrated from them. Today will be heavy on the juice.....and a LARGE GS around lunch time. For tonight's family Christmas dinner, I am going to take a salad, and possibly some fugde.

    Knowing more and more, there is no going back, just who I am now, and knowing that Christmas, this year, I am giving myself the best gift I can.

  2. juicing

    I've added more juices back in. I love the clean feeling I get from having juice in the am. I know I need to buy a better variety of "jucing" vegetables (more cucumbers, celery, etc.)

    I think I also want to try some cranberries, but not sure what to add, I guess apple! Maybe even some grape (cran-apple-grape juice) Also making sure I get LOTS of greens. I would really like to add some different greens to my DAILY GS!! (I'm also having 1 GS/day!!)

  3. Day 6 December Challenge

    I'm feeling great this morning. It's really early, and I have alot to do. I wanted to post my food for yesterday, and my plan for today just in case someone might be reading.
    Foods on Day 5:
    GS (spinach, blueberries, chia seeds soaked in fruit tea, stevia) this was really a different flavor for me because it didn't have the sweet creaminess of the banana, but it was good and clean....I found myself wanting to add ginger to it (not sure why, and I didn't have any in the house, so ...

    Foods eaten on Day 2:
    GS spinach, blueberry, banana, hemp powder, water, stevia
    Lunch: banana, pineapple, small amount of pecans
    Dinner: guacamole w/ tomatoes on Med. almond bread
    Lots of water.

  5. Day 2 of December challenge

    I'm going to try really hard to post to my blog everyday or two.

    Yesterday was a fantastic raw day!

    Foods:
    chia pudding (chia seeds, nut mylk, maple syrup, raisins, coconut flakes)
    guacamole on Mediterranean Almond bread (yummy)
    cashews and olives
    snack: banana ice cream with pecans and alittle maple syrup
    Dinner: baby green salad with cucumbers and lemon/salt/pepper!! YUMMY!!!
