    It has been awhile since I posted to my blog. I am trying to stay 100%...no I AM STAYING 100%....Posting everyday to this forum and another, and emailing a friend of my progress!
    This morning has been chia seed pudding w/ blueberries, chia seeds, berry tea, stevia! YUMMY!
    LUNCH: my plan is a gs w/ spinach, cucumber, celery, tomatoes, spices
    Dinner: Fake Toona, red pepper slices!!!

    That's the plan!!!

    The first day of the month always feel like a fresh start to me!! I'm excited to start a new challenge, and get my eating under control.

    Today's food plan:
    tea
    chia pudding (berry tea, stevia, chia seeds, raisins)
    GS (spinach, bananas, pineapple, stevia)
    Dinner: hopefully zuke hummus and pepper slices.

  3. I'm missing RAW!!

    I've ventured away...far, far away. Since tomorrow is July 1st, I'm once again looking at the challenge board.....jumping in, not thinking about it, just knowing it's the right thing to do. I'll start blogging my daily foods first thing tomorrow for anyone who is interested.

    Feeling great....

    Foods, I've been keeping it simple:
    granola
    avos....either guacamole (I made guacamole for Super Bowl) or just plain like I had for dinner last night....just dice, sprinkle with salt, cumin (looooove cumin) and alittle garlic powder and lemon!!! I had 2....yes 2 avos like that last night!!!

    GS w/ spinach, blueberries, cherries, banana!!! I forgot yesterday to add in coconut oil, oh well....I'll remember today to add it in!

    I started this challenge with SO MUCH DETERMINATION!! I am going to stay raw. This is my year. I feel it. There is just something in the way that I have felt about starting the year....and maintaining the 100% raw lifestyle. I have to do this for me. I have to do this for me!!!

    Foods lately have been posted in the challenge thread. I have not cheated once. I feel great because of this!!

    I am in love with GS's and coconut oil....and super fat burning juice! ...
