  1. The monthly torture has come!

    If you're a woman you know what I'm talking about it's my menstrual Hell!

    I've read many times that raw food diet could ease this horrible pain on the long run.

    How I wish that to be true!!!!!

    I had my first period when I was 10 years old.

    Ever since, every month, I got vomiting, diarrhea, and above all.... PAIN!! horrible pain... I vomit the pills so I took shots to ease it.

    Now I don't vomit, but still.... AOUUUUCH

  2. good raw day

    Today I finally succeeded to overcome my fear and go to the dentist!!!

    he prescribed anti-inflamation drug. I guess I'll have to take it.

    on my way back my husband said he wanted to eat junkfood! so we stopped by Hardee's and he ordered a big chili burger with onion rings.

    My husband is so against regulating his desires or eating "healthy". I try not to interfer because he is so stubborn.

    I was doing so well so far so I didn't ...

    WOW! look at the mother ! her stomach is flat and beautiful after 10 days from childbirth!! OMG!!

    The dad is 30+ years on raw vegan diet. He looks amazing.

    Now I'm realy confused.

    However, I'm keeping my raw diet... ...

    I'm trying to read from different sources about raw food.

    it's a very interesting site, lots of helpful articles written by long-time vegetarians, raw fooders, fruitarians.. etc.

    I agree with the idea in some articles that, diet should not be dogma.

    I'm doing this for health reasons.. (though ofcourse I respect people who are doing it for phylosophical or ethical reasons.)

  5. Is it OK to lose weight so fast?

    Yesterday I had:

    breakfast: fruit salad (melons,grapes,dates,apple, grape fruit)

    lunch: *fruits (banana, oranges, dates)
    * salad (cucumber, zukkini, tomato, carrots, mushroom, cabbage, pepper)

    snack: cashews

    dinner: fruit (melon, banana) & some cucumber

    too much sugar? I don't know

    I'm thinking maybe I should eat only watermelon today. just because I love it actually... but I read a comment here ...
