    About that Juice Fast I Started Today....

    My juicer died 3/4 of the way through a pile of veggies this afternoon! A sign? But of what? A sign that my next juicer will be able to hold up to, well, actual juicing!

    All was not lost, though, I made several kinds and really experimented and found that I like a more spicy juice than a sweet one.

    I had a really good raw day, though and that is important, too. I will start researching juicers now and find one to try this again.

    Juice Fasting

    I can hardly believe I am going to do this, but I am going to juice fast Saturday and Sunday. In all my years, I have never fasted, but I am curious about it. I am not sure what I will find from only two days, but I want to try it and who knows.....

    I cleaned the house today and cleared my calendar for the weekend. I'm ready to hang out here in a comfortable, quiet and clean atmosphere. There are some things I could do, but I'll just see how I feel. Went to the health food     ...
