  2. Trial Raw Run

    Going to the great wall tomorrow and I'm not sure hoe raw will work out since lunch is provided. I bought a whole bunch of fruits today and am excited to eat them and detox. This will not only be a journey towards better health but also a mental journey. So much about food is connected to feelings, love, men-- it's as if I am an emotional eater, and since my recent breakup with my long term bf, my emotions haven't been the best.

    So here's what I plan to eat:

  3. Roughing it Wednesday

    Lunch:
    -2 Corn Tortillas with guacamole, salsa roja, lettuce, tomoto, pico de gallo
    -1 cup french onion soup

    Snack
    -Raw Cookies
    -1 Banana
    -1 apple

    Dinner
    -1 huge bowl piña
    -Beef and broccoli
    -1 huge organic salad
    -.5 cup French onion soup
    -.5 cup sweet potato soup

    Rough and tough day! Had a great workout though-- I did upper body.

  4. Toosy Tues.

    Today was fine.. only 1 slipup!

    Today I ate:

    -Granola with goji berries, goldenberries and mulberries + almond milk
    -1 apple
    -Grapes
    -Edamame
    1/2 Turkey/ Cheese Wrap
    -Green Smoothie (same recipe as yesterday!)
    -Guacamole with Organic Ingredients: Avocado, Tomatoes, Red Cabbage, Hot Pepper, Basil, Cilantro.

  5. It's a Great Day

    Today I am devoted myself to myself, that is to say, I am ready for Raw. I really fell off the bandwagon this weekend:

    Friday:
    Fish Tacos (I could not resist!)

    Saturday:
    Cheese Pizza (I know, what was I thinking??)
    Ethiopian Food (So worth it though)
    Oaxacan Food

    Sunday:
    Fried Banana and Ice Cream
    Chicken Satay, Rice Noodles, Green Beans
