This week was a long one. I started my temp job on Monday. The people are nice and the work is doable.The first several days was filled with busy work like cleaning out file drawers and stuffing envelopes. It is a large financial organization so not all of my security clearances have been cleared yet, once I am all set up I should have more things to do.

This week I have had hardly any time for myself and my family is pissing me off. It is like they are brain dead or something. ...

Yesterday was my day with the nieces. Both of them are sick. My brother is trying to teach them responsibility, or so he says, and let them go out in shorts, t-shirt and flip flops in 40 degree weather. When I asked him why his answer was they are old enough to know better. This is the same brother who let the 11 yr old who is border line diabetic chose her own dinner (which was a carmel dessert), let her attempt to cook it unsupervised and set things in the kitchen on fire. Yesterday I was thinking - well I have no more immediate family left in my life. My dad is moving far away, my brother's life revolves around what ever women is in his life at the moment, and my sister is just another story in itself where those ties have been severed long ago. I can either continue to have anxiety attacks about it and be depressed or I can mourn my loss and move on. Hard decisions - both involve pain and suffering but atleast one has light at the end of the tunnel. This time ...

I wonder when Spring is going to get here. I am sure nice weather will come around when and if I ever find a job. I still have not heard anything back from the temp place and I am a little worried now. In order to be placed with any of the contracts I had to give a copy of my social and drivers license. I did that and now the recruiter is not returning calls or emails. I know my backround check is clean -I am a licensed insurance agent and have been in that field for 11 years, I also do not ...

I am wondering where I was at when this election occurred because I definatly missed it.

My father, brother and nieces are going to drive me to drive me out of mind. This week with all of them it has been very challenging to say the least. Since my dad has been gone the garbage/recycles have not been put out to pick up(we are going on 2 weeks now), I have to go hunting and searching for the mail because the kids are putting it all over the house, the birds have not been tended ...
