  1. Day 2 - Headache

    Haven't had much of an appetite today... I have a really bad headache but I'm not going to let it get me down. I have had an apple, a pear and a banana so far today. I have been drinking a ton of water... that's what I feel like my body wants.

    It's weird, it feels almost like my neck is realigning or readjusting itself. I'm out of it and can't concentrate.

    But the good news is I'm not hungry at all! :)

  2. First Day - Dinner

    Made a little "salad" with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil and sea salt. It was yummy and very satisfying after all the sweet today. I feel great, lots of energy, maybe a little more bloated than usual but I think that will go away.

    I will probably experiment with some smoothies later just for fun.

  3. First Day - Lunch

    So far I've eaten:

    3 - 4 dates
    1 apple
    Tablespoon or so of pine nuts (I wanted to see what they tasted like raw)

    I have another apple and a pear on my desk, as well as my stash of LaraBars, raisins and dates in case I get a snack attack.

    Update: Ate the other apple, pear, small box of raisins and Cherry LaraBar.

    I plan on having a spinach salad with tomatoes, olive oil and *salt* for dinner... I think I've had enough sweet! ...

  4. First Day - Breakfast

    Over the course of the morning, I had:

    2 plums
    1 pear
    1 Banana Cookie LaraBar

    So far so good. I don't feel any different physically (I have been eating a lot of fruit lately) but emotionally I am so excited to be doing this!

    I told my boss's boss (the CFO of the company) about what I'm doing. He asked me why I didn't want a piece of candy when offered and I told him. I was a little nervous about telling people but everyone is being very ...
