    so, I wasn't hungry for breakfast & had stuff to do, so when I got back it was around 2p & was hungry & a little stressed. I was 'resenting' raw food for some reason & decided to have a spinach salad w/ real caesar dressing, a few bites of my husbands leftover baked chicken, croutons & ezekial bread toasted w/ margerine. after eating about half of it, my stomach turned over & I feel awful now!   2. yesterday I ate so much

    yesterday, I had cravings like crazy- but, the only non-raw thing I took in was a peice of gum which helped. I made my husband chicken & mashed potatoes for dinner & the chicken looked & smelled delish. I had apple sauce for dinner. I wanted onion soup- but did not have coconut milk & did not want to experiment with plain water- it didn't seem promising. Then, a TV show I was watching was eating Tai & then I wanted that.   3. 2 weeks!

    This is great! It's been 2 weeks 100% raw! So, I went to the natural food store yesterday in pursuit of cacao butter (already have the cacao powder) & bought some goji berries, ready to make raw chocolate (I watched Shazzie make a raw chocolate on YouTube on "Superfoods are real part 3"). They don't carry the butter- but they carry some raw chocolate made w/ maca & agave- 17bucks for like 6oz- but I wanted to try it, so I bought it- holy crap! It is friggin to live for!!!   4. Today is day 13

    I love this! It feels like the most natural thing- to eat raw! I have found that I much prefer eating my foods in their whole raw form. I finally got a working dehydrator on friday & made a raw pizza on saturday. It was alright. I loved the veggies on top of my pizza in the dehydrator (red & green peppers, red onion, mushrooms & tomatos- their flavors were so pronounced after dehydrating!), but the pizza crust did nothing for me except make me feel wicked full & gassy (thankyou flax ...

    I am writing to myself in the future so that I do not forget why I originally went raw:
    - I deserve & desire optimal health & cooked food cannot deliver the superior nutrition that raw/living food does.
    - I have psoriasis of the scalp (mild, but ever present & annoying especially in times of stress).
