This is my Nineveh!

It may sound crazy, but this is my Nineveh.

I know what I have to do to be healthy and fail only because I allow my own self doubt, self defeatism and fear of failure to stand in my way.

God told Jonah to basically get up and get your butt to Nineveh. Arise and go.

I know what I have to do to be healthy, I have the tools and the resources to conquer the illness this shell I live in has been struggling with for years.

I'm committed to 'Arise and go'. I'm removing the negative from my life and embracing the positive and each day is a success because I've chosen it to be.

Today's breakfast changed quickly from my standard banana based smooshy to one consisting of mostly celery, a tablespoon of local honey and a drop of oregano oil to fight off the generally achy ichyness.

    Good morning Sunshine!

The first week was long, full of ups and downs, but after last nights produce trip I'm feeling a little more up! Today, with no overtime at work since it's our Friday I even got to wake up a wee bit after the sun came up. THAT was amazing because not only did I sleep a full 8 through the night, I woke up a few minutes before my alarm went off on my own.
