  1. Raw food journey!

    I'm not counting my days anymore because I am having WAY to many slip ups to do so! I am getting super frustrated, I haven't made ONE raw food meal that I have fell in love with!! I am starting to wonder if I can do this, I know I am being very negative right now but it's only because I am so frustrated! This was SO much easier before I was pregnant, but now nothing tastes good!

  2. Day 10!

    I received my dehydrator today!! I can't wait to start making things, it was funny because before I got it I had all these things I wanted to make and now my mind went blank! lol! For breakfast I had an apple and some pineapple, I didn't make my green smoothie yesterday or today, I got really tired of them, so I will have to start making different kind of smoothies to mix it up a bit! For lunch I made spaghetti and marinara sauce, the sauce was good, I will just have to get used to the cold crunch ...

  3. Day 7!!

    I have been battling a bad cold this past weekend! Not sure why since I am not 100% raw yet, who knows it could be just a coincidence! I did order my dehydrator last Friday, so I am real excited to get that, I have so many recipes I want to try! Today I am battling wanting to just snack on food all day, but I am getting tired of fruit, so trying to get creative, eating a lot of fruit strips (not as sweet as straight fruit), and I have been eating cashews. I think I'm just bored and want to ...

  4. Day 3!!!

    I actually got my hubby to go walking with me last night! It was great and I felt a lot of support from him, just by getting off the couch and joining me! I was able to eat a salad last night for dinner and have a smoothie, okay two smoothies:)! It felt good to go to bed last night feeling satisfied and not bloated and heavy!
    As for today, I have done well, I had my green smoothie, I did have a sandwich for lunch, and an apple for a snack! And tonight I plan on making Alissa's fettucinni ...

  5. Day 2!

    I did really well at first yesterday and then my husband came home (SAD eater) and it all went to hell! So today is a new day! I had a green smoothie: 2 oranges, 1 lemon, three handfuls of kale, 1 banana, handful of strawberries, and handful of blueberries!! It was sooo good, my 3 year old son even loved it!!

    I made a sandwich with cooked bread , sometimes I think this would be much easier if I had a dehydrater, just so I can make things that resemble cooked foods, like crackers ...
