  1. The food.

    Let me start saying that I'm famous for my laziness. Specially in the kitchen. But I'm trying to have fun with the raw food, specially because I don't want to get bored, which could make me fall of the wagon.

    I don't have that many ingredients. I even made a list of the recipes I'm interested to see if I can get some of the stuff. Also, I'm the only one eating raw here, so I don't want to spend a fortune with gourmet stuff because we still have to by SAD food for 2.

  2. Lazy and belly full.

    Gosh, I'm lazy. I cannot believe I haven't written in days. I'll blame my ADD, as I write it all in my head and then I get distracted and forget to post. *shakes head*

    Let's go by parts. First thing: I'm losing weight! Yay! And fast too! I've been eating raw from 9 days and lost 9 pounds! I'm shocked! I noticed that when I eat good fats (like nuts and avocado) I lose it faster. I think my body sees that I'm not starving myself. I do have a lot to lose, but I'm still impressed. The ...

    Note: I wrote this last night and I fell asleep without posting it *shakes head*. So this was all meant to be said yesterday. :)

    I thought my day was going to be so-so. I woke up the same time as my son, which means I couldn't use the blender. He is very sensitive to the sound it makes and is scared of it.

    Luckily(!), I had some smoothie left over from yesterday, and it was just as delicious.

  4. It's time for radical change.

    I can't believe that until a few days ago, I was an *avid* SAD eater. I also can't believe that I found this wonderful, inspiring new way of life that I never had heard of. I mean, I had, but only en passant. I guess is just one of those things a regular SAD brushes it off as "too radical" on their daily life.
