  1. Hungry day

    I didn't plan too well today. I didn't have enough breakfast and then lunch was not working for me, so I got really hungry. I need to have some backup food at work. It's just that I don't think the Larabar-type sweet things are what I would want. I'll think about what.

    Late in the afternoon, I had a tense situation at work and really wanted to eat! I held out, but just barely. I walked in the door and went straight to the fridge. Thank goodness I followed Alissa's instructions about ...

    Breakfast knocked my socks off! It might be the best thing I ever had for breakfast. But why are raspberries so seedy??

    I hate measuring, but I think I should at least eyeball things for a bit. Maybe?

    Next week, I will be prepared with raw nuts and dressing for my salads. Also, avocado maybe?

    I love greens so much!!! Just sayin'.
