You are doing great! Self-awareness is key to getting past this! I'm in a similar place at the moment and it's good to read posts like this!

It's Alissa's recipe - almond butter, ground sun flower seeds, honey, raisins.

Today I tried Alissa's walnut fudge - walnuts, dates, honey, cinnamon (& I added vanilla) - it's amazing - even better! It tastes like caramel!

Bri--you're doing so well! Raw candy is the bomb! My friends all ask me if I miss sweets and I can truthfully say not at all! What is in your almond butter balls?

I soo hear you! When I first went raw -- I ate A LOT of nut based dishes.. I needed the more filling meals like spicy tacos or calzones, raw pizza's or Alissa's chilis... over time I did find more comfort in the 'lightness of being' and found my tastes began to change - and now I eat lighter meals - but I still enjoy a heavier meal on occassion! You're doing great!

The sensation of fullness is definitely different on raw. It's good that you can just experience it without it being upsetting in some way.

    Thank you.

I definately tend toward the all or nothing & then rebel against it. So, I'm working at being compassionate with myself and being OK with transition. At the very least I feel less stressed and bad about myself and I figure that's the first step to being inspired to take better care of myself and increase the RAW.

    Thanks for your support.
    Bri.

Vacation is just a weird time! Try not to live the in the past, but focus on becoming who you want to be. Don't be surprised if 100% doesn't happen overnight--it's okay to transition, if need be!
