    The holidays were tough.
    The winter was even more difficult.

    But now it is SPRING, and after 5 months of yo-yo-ing, I AM RE-COMMITTING MYSELF.

    No more excuses.
    Today I am back on raw, 100%.

    I deserve to be treating myself well.
    Meditation, yoga, and mindfulness. These are my tools on my life journey.

  2. ***4 months!!***

    WOOOWHOOO!!


    I have been raw for four months! And life just keeps getting better.

    I finally decided to purchase a Good4You, and I really think it is going to expand my menu choices. I am trying to get back into green smoothies, and I am doing better with my greens.

    To make things easier for myself, I must start to prepare food in larger quantities, so I don't have to prepare food every night. This process is beginning to exhaust me.

  3. Three-Months!!!

    Today isn't the best day for me to be posting for my THREE MONTH RAW-ANNIVERSARY because I am sick! But wow, three months? Never thought I would make it this far.

    I know why I am sick though. I have been running too hard for too long, and then I went traveling! I started my trip off sleep deprived, then went on a couple of airplanes, ate french fries, and stayed up for almost 24 hours---this is a recipe for disaster. aka: me getting sick.

  4. Day 63: Two Months!

    Today is my two month Raw anniversary. Hooray!

  5. Day 56

    I am back on track and feeling pretty good!

    My skin is *finally* clearing up. I think I have figured out what causes me to break out: alcohol, and lack of sleep. Now I have another motivation to stay away from the bottle--makes my face look like crude! I have also been drinking a lot of water, and I had cucumbers this week too. I think that helped. =)
