Good work with the green smoothie. I love superfoods too (but only use Goji and Cocoa).

One more thing - if you are looking for the absolute best probiotics - visit www.peakenergyscience.com/livinglight - they are certified 6.5 times stronger than any other bacteria on the market! Plus, they're cultured using an ancient method - for 5 yrs in 92 different Japanese herbs & barks - plus there are 12 strains! (Most probiotics have only 2 or 3 strains and are freeze-dried, meaning the bacteria are hibernating. Also aren't cultured for long enough to develop into healthy, mature, adult flora) ENJOY!!!!!!! :)

Ha ha, my husband is the same way with sugar! He'll eat three cookies, drink an ice tea, and have a pack of Mike & Ikes - and then wonder why he doesn't sleep well. Uh, duh!
Oh - and he has acid reflux and he won't believe me that sugar actually makes it worse.

OMG! I've got a month's worth of house cleaning to do. I have two households crammed into one.

Even in my junkiest days, those turkey legs grossed me out! I never tasted one....About your dehydrator, it's important, so why not try to cut back somewhere else? Dimmer lightbulbs in less-used rooms, close some heating vents, etc. Good luck with all your cleaning. Wanna come to my house next? ;)

When I crave taco meat, I make jalapeno burgers or I make the walnut taco meat but use part of a packet of taco seasoning instead of the coriander/cumin the recipe calls for. (Coriander is just a bit too flowery tasting in the amount called for.) It really hits the spot and both are made with walnuts--yum!

The probiotics help with the pain in my tooth for some reason.:)

Sorry to be so clueless, but are you saying the probiotics or the psyllium is helping your tooth? Hope your road trip is/was a good one!

I'm doing a live probiotic from Living Streams Probiotics.
It is working. Cut my fruits back quite a bit. No breads. I was just taking straight garlic tabs but I have a pretty bad case. Candida cleanses are out but they are very expensive.

ahh, you suffer from candida too?..... me too =( in my diet ive eliminated all sugar and all kinds of bread, flour ect as well. Im still nausious most days, but ive stopped scratching my candida rashes......but they are still there......

do you reccomend anything special for candida like herbs ect? or just our diet of raw veges and fruit.

It's so nice to hear you not struggling and suffering. You were having such a hard time but, you hung there and are finding relief. I'm so impressed with your determination. I've had a couple of slip-ups on or I should say off my candida diet but, i really view and use them as educational because, I instantly feel the difference and hear my body talking to me, it's so interesting and enlightening. Thanks for leading the pathway! :)

Was it this website? I'm sure it was removed quickly. Some people like to play sick jokes. How sad.
