  1. Raw Cooking!

    Making some goodies in the dehydrator-drying nuts and an apple pie. Looks yummy. Stocked up on nuts and seeds today-cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds-Loaded up on greens and vegetables-carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, leafy lettuce, kale, cucumbers, celery-Went nuts! Making some rawnch dressing May make the mock chicken salad when the nuts are dry.

  2. Lost two more pounds!

    I lost two more pounds and I didn't try to. I'm down to 126 and I'm 5' 6". I'm eating plenty. I'm skin and bones. If I went to a doctor or my family saw me they would say "Eat 3 big meals a day or lots of meat to add weight to your bones." Now if I did this you would find me somewhere in my bed asleep for days-takes too much energy to digest. I ate some Mexican the other day stripped clean of everything and I just passed out.   3. Eating Habits Looking Pretty Good!

    Today my hubby and I went to MO days-big 3 day festival. I realized that my eating habits are just pretty good. If you are lurking in the blogs and beating yourself up for eating cooked. Don't. TRUST ME! Even 50% raw is way near nutritious than the average diet. OMGOSH! I nearly got sick. Giant roasted turkey legs w/spirally fries smothered in cheese. I watched these morbidly obese people devour these turkey legs. So I discovered my eating habits are pretty healthy. Good for me.

  4. Gravitating Back to Raw!

    Well, my detour was not so pleasant. Didn't find much that I liked. My body was just wanting more calories and adding in some cooked just didn't work. There is just not much in the cooked world after you have been raw. I'm just trying to add in more green smoothies and juices. Never stopped but I need to stay on top of it.
