I love looking at you creations! They all look so delicious. I showed them to my fiancee last night- who isn't eating raw- and he couldn't believe that some of your cakes were actually raw! He was impressed. I've already taken him to a raw resturaunt and he was happy with the food so maybe.... oh who am I kidding he loves meat too much. Anyway, just wanted to say how lovely your food looks.

You are such an inspiration!!! I always enjoy your posts!!! Your table looks beautiful, but I would love to see you with it!!! :)

I drinking juice with the kale right now! The really juicy looking greens in the back of the bin on the left is actually bok choy or chinese cabbage. Everything in the back to the right of the bok choy is kale. Red Curly, Green Curly, Tuscan (Dino), and Red Russian, (oak leaf). All excellent.

So cool to see your sister's kale! She did a great job with them!! I love kale, and those are the juiciest ones I've seen!!! :)

The carrots were pristine. The picture got cut off so you can't see the red carrots, which were especially beautiful. The carrots sold out quickly. Two people came at the same time and both wanted the last bunch. Fortunately, each was happy to split the bunch and walk away with half. :)

I gave one of these truffles to the owner of a spa store that sells a lot of chocolate. Yesterday, she sought me out to tell me it was the best thing she has ever eaten.

Thanks, rachial. I have a pair of MBT sandals that I paid far too much money for (so much I will never confess). All they did was give me knee pain. I took out the link. ;)

Health is a positive place to focus. I know you can do it. I started a cleanse today. Not sure how far I will take it. I bought a $25 package from Herban Wellness that includes a Fiber Blend of psyllium husks & beet powder, a Detox Cleanse Support tincture of herbs, and a Rebalancing Cleanse Support Tea. All to be used 1-3 times daily. I can use them on a fast or on my regular diet. Either way, they all have to be taken with water. I'm going to be drinking so much, I probably won't want to eat much.

Yes, I do. I'm happy to take requests and make things, not for everybody, only for friends. I can't charge them a set price. It's more like a suggested donation. I make kale chips for some, chocolate for others. I also use both to barter with other vendors, including my SIL.

Our tent is usually set up next to the cookie vendor. She quoted me a price of $12 an hour (not only including dehydrator time) to use her certified kitchen on the two days a week she is closed, and to sell my food in her shop for 30% commission. I would have to invest in the equipment I need. Next Monday I'm going to see the county health inspector and get the ball rolling. Setting aside my fear of the failure, etc., etc., and going for it.

I've been asked about joining a team making (mostly raw) meals for a convention in October. I was really excited about it at first. Now the thought of being away from my family for two weeks has dampened my enthusiasm. My family could get by without me, its my dog I'm worried about. ;)
