Would that be Central Co-op? : ) We are making another delivery today, slices of Key Lime, Chocolate Peppermint, and Pumpkin.

I'm sure you could do it, too! It gets easier with practice. : )

Wow...I can see why it was gone too fast to take a picture. And the fact that they are raw is almost to good to be true!

I'll bet most of the wedding guests that ate these didn't believe they were raw either! ;) As a general rule, I don't tell anybody until after they try a bite, unless they ask. It is surprising how many people come into the shop and ask. Seems the raw world is getting larger all the time.

I'm sorry about not being able to share recipes. I signed a non-disclosure agreement so I don't post recipes any more, not even my own.

Teresita, I'm sorry it took me so long to find your comment/question. Did you try it without the curry? It would probably be fine without the curry. I haven't tryed it without the curry. I wonder what it would be like with a bit of Italian seasoning or saffron instead of the curry?

It's funny that I found your comment today, because I just finished putting together another calzone. It is in the dehydrator right now. I can hardly wait until lunch tomorrow!

Those look too good. Please tell me they are truly raw ... they don't have soy lecithin in for example ???

OMGosh! Those look yummy! How do you make them so fluffly looking? Would it be inappropriate to ask for the recipe? I sure wish I lived up there. I would be hanging out with you guys! :)

I'm getting back on track again. I am on a 6 intestinal cleanse. My candida and Mucus problems have worsened to serious fatigue and weakness and absolute stomach pain with your food combining. I have 3 days without any sugar ...... I want a banana and apple so bad but, am staying diligent one day at a time. I don't want create anything worse like cancer or diabetes or something scary like that.

    Love and Miss you
    Jen
