I just read about you going to Chili's. I've found that these restaurants are very accommodating for raw. Just tell them exactly what you don't want or do want on your salad and they almost always have lemon slices you can use instead of dressing. I look at the whole menu and figure out what they have that is raw and ask them to put that on my salad.

yeah-cooked food totally loses it's appeal after going raw, huh? In Feb my ds was in the hospital and I decided to go SAD while we dealt with that. I tried every food that I had "missed" while raw. I went hog-wild and you know what-NONE of it satisfied me like it used to. No comfort, no taste, no satisfaction-nothin!-unless you count the 15 lbs gained in less than 4 weeks. lol!

oh woman-I HEAR YOUR RELIEF!!! When I first went raw I was curled up in bed for a couple of days with such a headache I thought I was having an anyeurism!! -and a crazy fever too. I COULD NOT get warm enough. Layers up layers upon layers and still I shivered under 30 lbs of clothing and winter blankets. LOL! I am SO glad you are feeling better!

Beaded - I, too, have had headaches (almost daily, ranging from mild to migraine potency) for about 13 years. I am now 22 yrs old. :) Raw Food and Reliv healed me before... I look forward to going forward toward MORE health now!!!

    Rawsinger - Thank you!!!

Raw cheese, regular... so it will alleviate the headache but prolong the pain?

looking at what you ate today... the majority was LIVE raw vegan food... very healthy... except for the tiny bit of cheese (if it was dairy - nut cheese is okay)... but basically -- you did really great today - SOOOO focus on that! one day at a time... make it fun and DO'able! RAWk on!

raw cheese as in raw nut cheese? or raw cheese as in raw unpasturized dairy cheese?? is it a cheat... depends on how 'LETTER TO THE LAW' you want to be... or if you want to simply make wise choices for your LIFEstyle... some raw foodist do eat raw cheese... its all a matter of choice and opinion. the cheese however... will alleviate your headache... BUT also -- prolong any detox symptoms so the headache will just return at a later time... so that wont be fun...
