Brought a partner (actually, my life partner) with me. We've been slurpin up pineapple, banana & spinach smoothies for the last few days. Will switch to lemon, apple, spinach, kale & ginger in a few days. Keeping things green and healthy. Thanks for the lead greenie, luv your energy!

I know what you mean about daily motivation. I LOVE my Green Smoothies but sometimes I just need a little shove gently in the "consistency" direction. ;)

Speaking of which, it's way past my bedtime... that's another area where I need to get serious about consistency.

I'll be there too. I usually have one about 4 times a week and would like to make that everyday so I will join the challenge. Mine are usually 30 oz though so I will try to do 30 oz a day for 30 days. Woo hoo to 2010 and the healthiest year yet.

I'm in! I'll round up a few more recruits as well.
