  1. Day 18

    I am on Day 18 of my 30 day raw challenge. I am doing great! I love discovering more and more depth of the raw food lifestyle. I have enjoyed some amazing foods and discovered some other things I don't care for. I have inspired others to try raw foods and incorporated some in their life. Whoo Hoo!

  2. Day 1 of 30 Raw Challenge

    Today is my first day on my 30 day raw food challenge! So far the day has been awesome. For breakfast I had raw oatmeal w/ strawberries and almond milk. I only had a little bit left so I also made a "chocolate, bannana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla" shake. Oh my! It was sooooo delicious! It was like a deep rich chocolate ice cream shake, only good for me...lol.

  3. Next 30 day challenge

    I am completely done with my cleanse, I can eat what I want now. I went to my favorite Thai food restaurant yesterday and order my "favorite" dish. Red Curry Chicken. (keep reading!) It tasted just okay. It wasn't as good as I remembered before the 28 day cleanse. About 30 minutes later, I needed a nap, I mean a serious nap. I was truely amazing at how sleepy I got aftering eating the first cooked food in 5 weeks. What a great learning experience!

  4. Day 21!

    I have not blogged in quite a while about my cleanse. It is going great. Today I decide to back down and begin to ease off the cleanse. I will be eating raw vegan foods only for the next few days.

    I know I have learned a lot on this journey. It has really made me think about thefoods I was eating before. I feel so good eating healthy foods. This is the first time i have been wheat, dairy, gluten, caffeine and meat free all at once. I feel great lots of energy and i've lost weight. ...

  5. Day 13

    :) I am in Day 13 of my 28 day cleanse. Things are going well. I feel extra ordinarily energetic right now. I didn't have breakfast this week. I am on what's called the gentle phase. So no breakfast only shakes and herbs. Now the great thing about this particular cleanse is that you can have juices. So you are getting tons of nutrients and electrolytes, and your energy can stay up.

    Tomorrow is day 14 and starts the "power" phase. On this phase you only have lunch. ...
