  1. ~Day 5~

Ok, it's time to stop messing around. I now can see that fruit is wildly wonderful, but for ME I'd better be careful about the sugary ones and not go overboard or I'll be hungry a whole lot more. Today I added some avocado in and I am satiated much longer. I think I am back on track...funny saying that only 5 days in!

My GAStro issues have also settled down. Wonder if it was mixing the nuts with veggies, cuz I ran out of the mock ranch dressing...LOL I guess I'll find out ...

  2. Day Four

Well, today is day four. Day 2 and 3 found me incredibly hungry. I figured I'd better limit my bananas and dry apricots and stick to lower glycemic index fruit like canteloupe and berries, and see if that makes a difference. Bananas are just so darn addicting! ;)

Today is St. Patty's day and there will be no corned beef like usual. My dh bought me a book: The complete book of raw food while he was at the bookstore yesterday. Pretty sweet. Maybe I can find something in there ...

  3. Day Three

Day two went over well. I craved bananas and wanted to eat more of them than I actually did.

This is day three and I skipped my coffee! I was kind of irritated by the fact that I realized I got thru my morning without it, and wanted to make it mid-morning. It's such a habit, and one that is luxury to me, I like it. I told myself, why bother making it now? I don't need it I can just stop it here, so I did, but felt ticked off about it....LOL

    I am putting ...

  4. ~Day two~

Day one went well. Other than my one cup of coffee, I was totally raw with everything else. I really enjoyed that ranch dressing made from cashews, too. I am so glad I found a good dressing right off the bat like that, it will make things much easier! I don't have any yucky symptoms, prehaps cuz I haven't shed that last coffee yet. I will have it this week, and then be done with it completely. I really love my coffee.
I also do liver and colon cleanses using Richard Schulze's protocol ...

  5. First Day..

Today is day number one. I attempted to do a 30 day intensive detoxification and nutritional program about 6 months ago by Richard Schulze called the incurables, in which I kept to raw vegan food and managed to complete two weeks. I had SO much energy, even in that short amount of time. You would THINK that would be enough to keep me on it, however it didn't quite happen that way.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. It's high time I do the right thing and allow my body ...
