Yep. Just do it. Get the food around you that supports you. After doing it, it will become a habit, but a good one.

Everyone said my tastes would change on this way of eating. I didn't believe them, but they were right! :)

That's excellent you're not experiencing cravings! They are so annoying. I hope you find the perfect chocolate raw recipe. Try "Raw Food Real World" Chocolate Ganache pie. It is amazing! I serve this at SAD dinner parties and have had people say many times that it's the best dessert they've ever eaten.

Congratulations! Welcome back!!! I like the 30 day challenge. I couldn't handle the thoughts of 100 days. Too much. I hope you and your friend have success.

I wasn't sure I could do this for even 30 days, but once I had made it through the first weekend, I didn't want to go backwards. The only way left was forward into raw. :) Build on your own success!

Hi Zev. You and I weigh exactly the same today. I was down 2 lbs also - out of the 70's hopefully forever! The Kale salad is supposed to be super good. Sounds like you are doing well. I'm making the Rich Cheddar (raw, of course) Sauce today along with the Walnut Taco Meat. Can't wait.
