    what what what????

    I got on the scale this morning and I only lost 1.5 lbs. this week? How is that? I honestly thought I had done better this week then I had last week and last week I lost 6.5 lbs. Hmmmmm, this confuses the hell out of me!

    10:30 am

    I've been up for several hours now and haven't had anything to eat or drink, so I'm on my way to make a fruit smoothie. Mmmmmm!

    My corn chips have been in the dehydrator for 12 hours now so I just flipped them and they'll probably take at least another 5-6 hours until they are done. This is the first time I've made them so they may take longer but I hope not much, because I tried a piece and it tasted good. They're dry but pliable so I need to wait until ...

    7:00 am

    I just made my first green smoothie and ewwwwwwwwwwwwe it was gross! I don't know if I didn't something wrong or if it's an aquired taste but I don't continue to eat/drink things if I need to "aquire" a tast for it. LOL If I don't like it, in the trash it gos. This is not a "diet" for me, it's a new way of living so I need to enjoy everything I put in my body.

    So I guess it's back to fruit smoothies only and I'll get my greens in my salads ...

    Noon

    Wow, I haven't updated in a couple of days. It's funny because I notice that I was doing better when blogging then I didn't blog during the last two days and I find that yesterday was bad day for me. Ok, not a terrible day but I didn't do nearly as well as I have been.

  5. 1st week recap

    Yippee!!!! I weighed myself this morning, after my first week back at raw. I wasn't 100% everyday but I think I did fairly well for starting off again.

    This morning I weighed in at 242.5 lbs, that means I released 6.5 lbs.

    I just KNOW that I could have done better. But I'm not upset that I messed up in certain areas, I'm actually happy that I know what areas I could have improved. So I will take that and use it this week to be better.
