  1. The Beginning has to start somewhere.....

    Today is April 3, 2008. I am 1 day past 50 years old. I have been learning about RAW for a few weeks now and consider myself about 85%-90% at this time.

    There are several reasons that I am having to take my time. I have Chronic Interstitial Cystitis, IC. IC is a chronic condition of the bladder that causes pain, frequency & urgency. It also is very common to have reduced bladder capacity due to scarring of the bladder walls. There is no known cause and no cure, just treatments ...
